How do I attach a seat / bench to an old old fiberglass fishing boat?

I have an old 16-foot boat fiberglass Edson has become in a fishing boat captain with 2 chairs. I would add a sidewalk to the boat to take children to fish too, but I'm not sure how connect the wood framed bench press (I'm thinking of doing) to the fiberglass bottom of the boat. Does anyone have any ideas, suggestions, etc. I guess I could connect a framed wooden bench on the floor using fiberglass / resin, but I do not know how to do that. Is there an easier way?

Very easily,,, First, put the pieces of wood in the hull of fiberglass mat, cloth and resin. then, use stainless steel screws or lag to set the bank wood. I recommend stainless steel fasteners, they are virtually rust proof.
